What are Telfon's pricing plans? +
Telfon has two simple plans: Essential at $12/month and Standard at $18/month, both billed per user. Save 17% on annual billing. Both plans include a free local number, call recording, MMS, Contact import, the Chrome extension, and access to numbers in 35+ countries. The Standard plan adds unlimited local calling, voicemail with AI transcription, call forwarding, and broadcast messaging.
What are wallet credits? +
Wallet credits are pre-paid balances that cover usage outside your plan limits — international calling rates, extra SMS beyond your monthly allotment, and additional phone numbers. Every plan includes free starting credit and you can top up anytime from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel during the free trial? +
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial you won't be charged anything. Your account and any numbers you provisioned will be released, and you can re-subscribe later if you change your mind.
Do I need documents for certain phone numbers? +
Some countries require local address proof or ID for regulatory compliance. We'll let you know upfront when you're picking a number. US, Canada, and most countries we support require no documentation at all.
How do I contact customer support? +
In-app chat is available 24/7 on every plan. Email support replies within 4 hours during business days. Standard plan customers also get priority response and access to onboarding calls.
