How do I troubleshoot SMS sending issues?

If you’re having trouble sending SMS messages, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify 10DLC Registration (for U.S. numbers only):

    • Make sure your A2P 10DLC campaign is registered and approved in your Twilio account.

  2. Reconfigure Your Twilio Credentials:

    • Open the Telfon app, go to Settings, and tap on Reset App.

    • After resetting, re-enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token in the Twilio Setup section.

    • Restart the app to apply the updated credentials.

  3. Check TwiML App Configuration in Twilio:

    • Log in to your Twilio Console.

    • Ensure that your TwiML App is correctly configured and associated with MyTelfon.
