How do I troubleshoot SMS sending issues?
If you’re having trouble sending SMS messages, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Verify 10DLC Registration (for U.S. numbers only):
- Make sure your A2P 10DLC campaign is registered and approved in your Twilio account.

- Reconfigure Your Twilio Credentials:
- Open the Telfon app, go to Settings, and tap on Reset App.
- After resetting, re-enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token in the Twilio Setup section.
- Restart the app to apply the updated credentials.
- Open the Telfon app, go to Settings, and tap on Reset App.
- Check TwiML App Configuration in Twilio:
- Log in to your Twilio Console.
- Ensure that your TwiML App is correctly configured and associated with MyTelfon.
- Log in to your Twilio Console.
